Terms & Conditions
By using our website or app, or e mail a booking request, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms also apply to the supply of all transportation services and other services booked phone, Email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Ofer Zilkha /Coralia Limited request a minimum of 6 hours’ notice for any phone bookings during office hours. If you would like to book a car with less than 6 hours’ notice, we will do our best to have a car available for you.
With all bookings, we will do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control.
The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic, and the legal speed limits.
Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required to reinstate a vehicle to working order – as well as any subsequent loss of earnings for the driver for the consequence of their vehicle being off the road.
We may provide sub-contracted vehicles if our own fleet is at capacity (always within our operator licensing limits)
By supplying your email address, you permit Ofer Zilkha /Coralia Limited to contact you via email. We will never share your email to any third party not connected with your booking unless instructed by the customer or their authorised agent.
We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.
Every effort will be made by Ofer Zilkha /Coralia Limited to ensure that our vehicle(s) or Sub-Contractors vehicle(s) arrive on time.
Our Chauffeurs will travel by the most appropriate route on the day unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.
Coralia Limited’s vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Coralia Limited shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
Ofer Zilkha /Coralia Limited will keep a lost property book at their office and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer as soon as practically possible.
Ofer Zilkha /Coralia Limited and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
Ofer Zilkha /Coralia Limited maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Clients’ statutory rights.
BOOKING TRANSPORTATION SERVICES
Ofer Zilkha is a TfL licensed private hire vehicle operator with license number 009928. As such, we only accept booking requests for chauffeur-driven travel directly from our clients/passengers.
Our chauffeurs are not licensed to accept a booking request. We request that you only book via our booking
The contract for all bookings is between the client/passenger (i.e.: the company or person booking and paying for the transport service) and Ofer Zilkha / Coralia Limited.
Ofer Zilkha & Coralia Limited (Company registration 11522257 and VAT registration (304222263)
are responsible for both accepting the booking as well as the provision of the transportation services.
All payments must be made directly via the office.
Any liability in relation to the transportation services belongs to Ofer Zilkha and Coralia Limited.
Coralia Limited reserves the right to cancel any booking with a passenger. All bookings are subject to availability.
VAT – All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the prevailing rate, currently 20%.
Payment Terms — All payments are due in full before any bookings are undertaken. Payment Methods — We accept all major Credit or Debit cards including American Express. Unless otherwise agreed, BACS transfers must be received before any bookings are undertaken.
Changes to Bookings — Any deviations to the original booking price, such as additional waiting time, extra hours, car parking and address changes, will automatically be charged from the credit card that you provided upon booking.
Our chauffeurs never collect any fares for trips or additional services required during the prebooked booking.
Credit Card Statement — The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as Coralia Concierge.
Coralia operates a 24 hour cancellation policy as standard except as below. For a specific driver or vehicle request spanning 2 days or more, a 48-hour cancellation policy applies, after which the total price of the booking will be charged. For servces in European countries, cancellations must have 24-hour notice.
For major sporting events such as Wimbledon and Royal Ascot, a 48-hour cancellation policy applies, after which the total price of the booking will be charged.
Some major sporting events such as Wimbledon, Twickenham and Royal Ascot may be charged at a premium rate to reflect additional time.
A no-show at the agreed meeting point will trigger a non-refundable full payment.
