Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Payment and Deposits

All payments are due in full at the time of booking. Exceptions apply for the following: advance multi-vehicle, multi-day, specific driver request, weddings, major sporting events such as Wimbledon and Royal Ascot bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due before the specific cancellation period as stipulated in the Refunds Booking Cancellations Section below.

Changes to the original booking such as additional waiting time, tolls, extended booking hours, parking fees will incur additional charges, which will be debited from the credit card provided upon booking.

Additional stops or destination changes may incur additional charges, which will be debited from the credit card provided upon booking.

All quotations are valid for seven days from initial enquiry

The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as Coralia Concierge.

Prices are exclusive of VAT charged at 20% for bookings in the United Kingdom.

Account terms are 14 days from invoice date, unless agreed in advance upon account opening with us.

We accept all major credit & debit cards.

We will advise you on approximate journey times, but this is only an estimate based on traffic conditions and our previous experience. However, it will remain your responsibility to allow enough time to reach your destination at the desired time. Coralia Concierge cannot be held responsible for missed appointments.

No booking is confirmed without a booking confirmation from us. It is your responsibility to ensure all dates & times are correct.

Errors and omissions excepted, these Terms & Conditions may be updated as necessary.

By booking any of our services you have agreed to our terms and conditions.

Refunds and Booking Cancellations

Coralia operates a 24-hour cancellation policy as standard.

For multi – vehicle bookings a 3-day cancellation policy applies, after which the total price of the booking will be charged.

For a specific driver or vehicle request spanning 2 days or more, a 5-day cancellation policy applies, after which the total price of the booking will be charged.

For major sporting events such as Wimbledon and Ascot, a 5-day cancellation policy applies, after which the total price of the booking will be charged.

For wedding bookings, a 7-day cancellation policy applies, after which the total price of the booking will be charged.

A no-show at the agreed meeting point will trigger a non-refundable full payment.

In the unlikely event that Coralia Concierge fails to provide the vehicle, and has also failed to suitably provide a remedy, a full refund will be issued.

Online Bookings

A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for any online bookings.

Some Public and Bank Holidays such as Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve/Day, will incur a 100% surcharge on all journeys.

Some major sporting events such as Wimbledon, Twickenham and Royal Ascot may be charged at a premium rate which may mean online bookings for these types of events may not be valid.

Passenger Assistance and Safety

During your journey, should you need assistance other than from your chauffeur, please do call our office line +44 20 3397 3767.

If you feel that our service has not met your expectations please contact us as soon as possible in order to investigate and rectify any issues you may have.

Your professional chauffeur will be in possession of a full driving licence, Public Carriage Office (PCO) licence and will have up to date police checks (DBS and CRB) in according with the UK regulation and legislation.

Your chauffeur will apply defensive driving techniques for your safety and comfort and drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.

Our vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. However, customers’ property is carried entirely at their own risk. Coralia Concierge shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to such property.

Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior or exterior of our vehicles and will be charged accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order – as well as any subsequent loss of earnings as a consequence of the vehicle being off the road.

Coralia Concierge will keep a lost property record and will endeavour to return any items left in our vehicle(s) to the customer.

Coralia Concierge maintains a strict non-smoking, no alcoholic beverages or food consumption policy in all its vehicles.

Coralia Concierge and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

We reserve the right to change your chauffeur at any time if necessary.

Unless instructed otherwise by the customer at the start of the journey, our chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day.

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control. including road traffic accidents and breakdowns. This list is not exhaustive.
